Serving the associations
that keep our communities alive.
EDILAM builds and provides shared digital tools to relieve volunteers of their day-to-day administrative burden — nonprofit, in the public interest.
Shared digital tools for the nonprofit sector.
EDILAM is a French nonprofit association (“association loi 1901”, disinterested management). Our mission is to build, host and maintain shared digital tools for the nonprofit sector, so that small volunteer-run associations can access quality software they could never afford on their own.
By pooling development, hosting and maintenance costs, we give volunteers back time and energy for their work in the field. All resources are fully reinvested; no profit is ever distributed; directors serve on a volunteer basis; and each association retains full ownership of its data.
Rotalink, our first program serving other associations.
Rotalink — our first program, currently live. Rotalink is a management platform for Rotaract clubs, helping them handle members, meetings, charitable actions and fundraising. Rotaract and Rotary clubs are themselves nonprofit associations engaged in community service, so EDILAM’s core activity directly helps other charitable organizations carry out their missions.
Further tools for other families of associations will follow, in the same nonprofit, mutualized model.
Four commitments that guide our work.
At the service of associations, not the reverse
Mutualization and accessibility
Sovereignty and transparency
An approach built for the long run.
Every tool EDILAM publishes grows out of a concrete need voiced by the nonprofit sector, then matures at the pace of its users. We favour reliability and longevity over a race for features.
Our first program, Rotalink, is live today (see the Our programs section). Others will follow for other families of associations, without ever straying from our nonprofit, mutualized model.
